Oldham Aquatics is the competitive swimming club for elite swimmers in Oldham and home of the Advanced Training Scheme (ATS).
The club is managed by a Committee consisting of a number of volunteers, who are responsible for Swim England accreditation, managing galas, organising other club events and the welfare of everyone within our club.
The Advanced Training Scheme is supported and funded Oldham Active who provide access to lane time as well as the employment and development of our coaches.
Oldham Active has a Vision and a Purpose of “Inspiring people to lead active healthy lives” and is is responsible for the management, operation and development of 6 Leisure Centres across the borough of Oldham.
The facilities managed by Oldham Active include; swimming pools, fitness spaces, sports halls and sport facilities including athletics and football.
Since formed in November 2002 as a not-for-profit charitable organisation, Oldham Active has operated the facilities in partnership with other agencies to improve the health, well-being and physical activity of the people of Oldham.
