Oldham Aquatics believes clear codes of conduct for everyone involved in out club is critical to ensure everyone is clear regarding the standards of behaviour expected of the Committee, Coaches, Swimmers and their parents / carers.
Behaving to appropriate standards and treating everyone with equal respect should be the foundations of the club. This will help ensure that we have an environment that will facilitate all members enjoying involvement at the club and them delivering their very best.
